The hotel is accessible to many transport options. I used the tram and train stations. The staff were friendly. I appreciated the generous and varied breakfast. It was also delicious.
The rooms felt cramped and quite dated. I noticed some of the towels have reached the end of their lifespan. There was no kettle, tea, or coffee facilities. Complimentary water was not provided.

The hotel's location offers GREAT access to nearby attractions, though a short tram ride is needed for some spots. The wifi worked perfectly. The housekeeping staff were efficient, and the reception personnel were helpful . I especially loved the breakfastwith a nice variety and a rooftop view.
The gym equipment had limited functionality. It could benefit from some updates to ensure all machines are in top working order.

The lobby was nice. you could sit there and drink tea or something else. It felt cozy. the location was excellent. it was close to amenities like the tram and metro. lots of shopping and food areas. the staff was very humble and polite.
The rooms were very cramped and quite dated, i must say. some of the towels seemed to have reached the end of their lifespan. there were no kettle, tea, or coffee facilities in the room. Not even complimentary water was available.
